Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Gantto (“Gantto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a visual Mermaid Gantt chart tool available at gantto.dev. Gantto is operated by Nut Teppimol, an individual developer.

By accessing or using Gantto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. The Service

Gantto is a free web application that lets you create, edit, and share Gantt charts using Mermaid syntax as the underlying source of truth. Features include a drag-and-drop visual editor, a raw Mermaid code editor, project collaboration with role-based access, and public read-only sharing links.

Gantto is provided free of charge. We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or continuity of the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Gantto at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To create and manage projects, you must sign in with a Google account via Google Sign-In. By doing so, you authorize Gantto to receive your Google profile information (name, email address, and profile photo) for the purpose of creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Gantto is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gantto. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete that account.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all Gantt chart data, Mermaid code, project names, and other content you create or upload to Gantto (“Your Content”).

By using the service, you grant Gantto a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your collaborators. We do not use Your Content for advertising, to train machine learning models, or for any purpose beyond operating the service.

When you generate a public share link, you acknowledge that the linked project becomes accessible to anyone with that link. You are responsible for the content you make publicly accessible.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Gantto to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Gantto name, logo, design, code, and all other elements of the service (excluding Your Content) are the intellectual property of Nut Teppimol. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use the Gantto brand or any of our intellectual property for purposes other than using the service as intended.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gantto is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost. You use Gantto at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping local backups of any important project content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nut Teppimol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, Gantto, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).

9. Termination

You may stop using Gantto at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at legal@gantto.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Gantto at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Gantto after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are located in the European Economic Area, your rights under applicable EU law (including the GDPR) are not affected. If you are a California resident, your rights under the CCPA are not affected.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
